That sketch, within the confines of a comedy show, is genuinely funny.

And using the term "ignorant slut", even as a "reference", in a professional situation is very much not OK.

Both can be true. There is absolutely no contradiction there. All sorts of things happen on comedy shows - people getting their pants pulled down, getting a pie in the face, yelling dire insults at each other - that would result in immediate termination in the work place.

We get an extra license to be outrageous in comedy, with fictional characters who know what's coming, but not with people in a professional situation. And this is a good thing!
