That's not how the Second Law of Thermodynamics works!
You're misusing the idea of "information" very badly.
Imagine you write a secret on a piece of paper and then burn it to a very fine ash, which you crush to a powder and disperse to the winds.
It's gone forever. There is no practical or theoretical way to get it back. Physically the "information" is still conserved, but there is no way to get that secret back.
