That’s ridiculous.

What percentage of email users spend as much as 25% of their life with no unread emails? My guess is something like 0%.

I try to make sure my inbox is empty once a week — I don’t even hit that all the time — and I know I am better off than every person whose email box I have caught a glimpse at.

If everyone uses the system wrong, then it is the fault of the system, not everyone else.
