Take healthcare. It would be a matter of great simplicity to take a large number of Europeans, guys off the street, and explain how their healthcare system worked.

There are hundreds of thousands of people who have experienced both systems who could explain the difference very clearly.

The alternative is that the Obama Administration forgot to include any single payer alternative completely by accident, and the various reputable, eminent organizations advocating it that applied to speak at the ACA discussions were all turned down by accident, and no one involved in planning happened to remember single payer or alternatives, and the refusal to look at it even mention any existing healthcare system during the ACA discussions was just an oversight.

President Obama spoke out against single payer. Candidate Biden has spoken out against single payer. I don't know what your problem is.
