Commuting thousands of miles by plane to see your spouse is deeply irresponsible in the most gross way. Having two separate domiciles for a married couple is grossly wasteful, and a solution that’s financially impractical to 98% of Americans.

America is in the process of killing huge swaths of their poorest and most vulnerable citizens, and you’re writing about a few wealthy sociopaths who can’t stand to be in the same room as their “partners” for very long and are willing to spend tens of thousands of dollars a year at least to not have to spend time with them.
