This is the Coriolis Effect and it would be pretty devastating on a such a small scale as a space station. The Coriolis Effect on Earth is huge, but at such huge scales that a human cannot detect it directly - it causes the jetstream though. In a space station, you might even be able to directly detect it - which would mean a constant and unexplained dizziness, though probably one an astronaut, at least, could get used to.
