This is the only one I would challenge.
Life isn't a race. You need to stop periodically and get your bearings - see if you are headed in the right direction overall. If you keep moving forward, the idea of a different direction, perhaps even "backward", will never occur to you.
It might be if Eashart had not had this opinion, she'd be alive... well, not today, but perhaps longer.
The actual rule is pretty close, but more nuanced.
Make sure to keep moving most of the time. But make sure to stop moving once in a while and take a look at the big picture.
