This is very very far-fetched.

We don't even have tokamaks working on Earth yet.

And they are huge. The most advanced one is bigger than the whole ISS, and it still isn't quite at the level of breaking even: https://www.iter.org/FactsFigures

We have never sent any payload a fraction as big as that into space. And the payload records were set 40 years ago and haven't been equalled since: https://space.stackexchange.com/questions/13657/whats-the-largest-single-object-payload-ever-lifted-into-space

I don't expect one single person who is reading this to still be alive when a tokamak-powered ion jet rocket actually goes somewhere.
