This might be true if you had a properly operating government, but you don't.

This is bad training, not good training. These kids learn lessons like, "Power is everything", "Nothing will fundamentally change", "Everyone is corrupt so get yours before everyone else does", "It doesn't matter what you know but who you know."

The whole article shows a positive attitude on your part and a good spirit but it's wildly implausible. Existing leaders won't vote to prevent themselves all from being re-elected en masse. People won't take kindly to being told they can't vote for their preferred candidate.
