What we are in fact suggesting is that Elon Musk is perfectly happy that the United States ran a coup in Bolivia because it's to his financial advantage.

Why this idea is the slightest bit unreasonable you fail to explain. Why would Musk not be deliriously happy that he can make billions more dollars exploiting Bolivian resources? Because he cares about the right of Bolivians to self-determination? Don't make me laugh.
