Two issues with this article.

First, are you really so sure travel is coming back? Are you sure that markets are sure? Certainly, COVID is back to growing exponentially - https://www.worldometers.info/coronavirus/

If it takes us years for travel to come back, or it never comes back (and as someone who's still pathetically hoping we don't destroy the world with greenhouse gasses) then AirBNB is not a good buy.

Second, AirBNB is based on systematically flouting the law, much like Uber (though at least AirBNB doesn't also exploit its workers).

It would be morally horrific if they succeeded.
