Very good article, but I'm surprised to see this. It's 2023, and there are an awful lot of people in China, India, Japan, even Europe, who need Unicode.

Also, many of us have slowly come to rely on dictionaries maintaining their insertion order. I swore I would never take this for granted, but it has been years and I cannot swear that I haven't.

But that's quite a speed improvement.
