I've had same the boring but beloved old membrane keyboard I am typing on now for at least 25 years. Every couple of years I throw it in the sink with warm water and soap.

Other keyboards I have tried make my hands hurt.

The other thing is this - it's a full-sized keyboard, but I almost never use the mouse. All the F keys, and the numeric keypad, are hotkeys in my editor, and I even have a Steam Deck as well.

In fact, my RSI issues are around my left pinkie, because of the modifiers - so I have a footpedal too for those four. :-D And that works well.
