Well, this is just horrifying.

I worked at Google from 2004 to 2009, and I saw aspecte of this emerging already, but this is so much worse than I thought.

What is really puzzling is that the whole company had a lot of people who weren't just intelligent, but had perspective and even wisdom and at least at the time, you could speak up and make your voices heard. Many of these smart, questioning people stayed a lot longer than i did.

How is it that no one at any level has realized that this is a late stage, terminal organizational structure?
