What "learning disability" would this be?

Do you have another term to replace the standard term already in use?

I try to avoid the phrase when talking to another person, because it is a little insulting, but it does convey a somewhat useful idea - "This pattern has lead to trouble in other projects I've been on, even though so far it's not a problem here."

I think the industry might welcome another name for it, but we aren't going to stop talking about this idea - why not come up with another name yourself instead of ordering people around?
