What's the point of a Mars colony if we have to send fissile materials for reactors to it?

You talk about mining and processing on the Moon, and yet 50 years after humans first visited the Moon, not one person has even lived there, and we don't even know if fissile materials exist on it.

It's the purest fantasy.
