While I generally agree with everything you say, I think you're wrong about this one incident.

The name of the group ain Mass., "The Rise of the Moors", gives it away. This is a group of Black Muslim Americans who believe they are from Morocco and thus are "sovereign citizens".

As Muslims, it seems unlikely that they're in league with the Republican "sovereign citizens".

To be honest, while I think "The Rise of the Moors" are nutcases, they aren't the nutcases that worry me.
