While my assumption is that most rape accusations are true, even without proof, here you have two completely unsupported stories, and in the first case, Bieber apparently submitted documents showing he was elsewhere with his wife at the time.

On the other hand, there is circumstantial evidence that Tara Reade was sexually assaulted by Joe Biden. She worked in his office; suddenly left with no explanation; and talked about the assault with several people at the time.

And Bieber is some pop singer. Joe Biden could be the next President.
