Why, exactly, "I can only do Python" not a good reason? (Disclaimer: I have been paid to write in almost two dozen programming languages.)

More important, if someone wants to write an app that does something useful for them and other people in a language they know and like, why should it be banned because Apple has a poorly-thought-out and obscure rule where it bans any app that includes a specific, rather short string?
