Why would we be more prosperous by allowing a collapsing economy run by incompetent Fascists back into the EU?

Britain already had special status; was allowed to keep the pound; had special exclusions from all sorts of laws.

And what did we get out of you in return? A pack of lies about what the EU did. A lot of jingoism and hatred against our citizens. Good riddance to bad rubbish.

And here you are, with your unquenchable sense of superiority! "I'm sure those pathetic Europeans are just sitting there waiting for us to come back and save their economy!"

Wrong. Britain was given chance after chance after chance after chance in the last six years, and spat in Europe’s face every time.

Even if you came to us, cap in hand, you would still never accept the euro as a currency, because you feel you are better than the rest of us. Listening to your idiot leaders blather about the color of your passport was just embarrassing.

I am still British but in 2023 I'll be Dutch and finally free of ties to that moribund country.
