Here's a tip for you - when someone tells you that you're wrong, but they aren't even going to bother telling you why because you are so stupid, this has only one meaning - they have no argument, or they'd emit it.

And another tip for you - everyone understands this idea except you. No one reads, "I could easily refute you, but I won't. Here's a lot of childish name-calling instead," and believes it, because it's what every loser without any argument does.

I predict one of two things - more juvenile insults, or nothing. I'd be quite surprised if you formulated some rational argument, so why not surprise me? You never know what you can do until you try.
