You don't justify this statement, which seems obviously false.

The US has more soldiers than Russia. The US spends over ten times as much money each year on its military: ten times!

While I am quite sure that a big chunk of this money is essentially stolen, I'm certain that a big chunk of the Russian military money is also wasted too.

And we aren't seeing any evidence that Russian soldiers are well-trained or effective: quite the reverse.

And you also claim the Russians have "better technology"! Like what?! In the areas I'm familiar with, software and microprocessors, they are well over a decade behind the West.
