You don't make any actual argument for why this is a bad thing.
As a user of electronics, this is a really, really good thing for me, and for most people. I have a drawer full of fairly old adaptors, all incompatible, and I have thrown out four times that many in my career.
All of these will sit in the garbage for the rest of time.
I also work in electronic music, and you hoard your varieties of adaptor greedily, because companies charge you astonishing amounts for crappy plastic adaptors which break easily, because they can.
We, humanity, cannot go on turning resources into unrecoverable waste at an exponentially increasing rate.
It is in everyone's best interests to have universally intercompatible chargers, except for a tiny number of ultra-rich monopolists, who will still be very very rich.
