You mean, exactly the same thing we've been doing for the last 60 years, with no success? "It'll all be fine, just buy this product with the green label"? Lying to people that things are OK, so they won't be "frozen psychologically"?

The thing is, the future is not going to be better than the present unless there's a dramatic change. For that to happen, at some point the richest humans are going to have to give up most of their affluence so that the next generation will have a future.

And that isn't going to happen by us asking nicely. And people aren't going to get the strength to do this if they believe that the future is rosy.

Your solution, "Let's live in a fantasy world," is the same one we've been pushing for generations now, and it hasn't worked. Only the truth will set us free.
