We as a country need The People to move away from the seacoasts. We can’t be expected every season to save The People who keep tempting fate like some billionaire adventure seeker. The bottom line of our budgets will be forced to put them at the bottom of the ocean.

The reason the US needs to move people away from these coasts is that it is CHEAPER in the long run. The article makes this point again and again.
