You seem to have dramatically underestimated the gravity of the climate emergency.
Also, you have a gift for misrepresentation, to the point that it approaches a deliberate untruth, because the point is not to go dark but replace fossil fuels with other sources.
Aside from that, I’m not seeing any sort of concrete argument at all. Pro-tip: insulting people is not any form of substitute for an argument.
Why don’t you answer the following questions, and then we can talk?
- What percentage of today’s greenhouse gas output should we as a planet be aiming for?
- When should we attain that value?
- What do you believe will be the consequences of your choices for 1. and 2. with respect to the climate and the biosphere?
